How to Pause, Activate, or Delete a Campaign?

After you create a campaign, Inclick starts tracking all mentions for those keywords in Realtime. There might be times when you want to pause a campaign or activate a campaign that you paused previously.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Click on Listen in the main menu and go the campaigns page.

Step 2: On your campaigns, in the status column of your campaigns you will see a dropdown that shows the current status of your campaigns.

Step 3: Click on the Current Status and Change it to Activate, Pause, or Delete depending on your requirements.

Important things to remember:

  • When you Delete a campaign, your data will be lost. You will not be able to view your insights once you delete a campaign.
  • When you pause a campaign, your mentions won’t be collected. You will only see mentions once you activate your campaign.
  • You can keep up to 5x of your total number of campaigns in your paused list. For eg., if your monthly limit is 5 Campaigns, you can have up to 25 paused campaigns in your list.
  • You can always view data for your paused campaigns.
  • You can only have a limited number of active campaigns, depending on your package.
  • If the number of mentions in a month cross your allowed number of mentions, your campaigns will be paused automatically. You can upgrade anytime to track more campaigns.
