How to get analytics for your listening campaign

When a crisis hits your brand, every second counts. Inclick makes sure you never miss a critical mention. The first step to getting data for your brand or topic is to create a campaign. Once you have created a new campaign. you can see important insights like volume, social split etc.

To view your insights about a campaign, first go to View All Campaigns in the Listen menu. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+G to go to the campaigns page.

On this page, you will see all your Paused & Activated campaigns listed.

To get Insights for any campaign, just click on “View” button. This will open the insights screen where you can see all data for your campaign coming up.

Some of the Datapoints you will see are:

  • Volume: The number of aggregated mentions happening every day on various sources.
  • Social Split: Number of conversations happening on various Social Media Channels represented on a pie chart.
  • Sentiment Analysis: A representation of Positive, Negative, and Neutral conversations about your campaign represented on a pie-chart.
  • Content Analysis: Mentions for your campaign grouped by various post types like Videos, Images, Carousels, etc.
  • WordCloud: A representation of top-used words in your campaign.
  • Some more interesting metrics like Top Locations & Top Languages are coming soon.
