How to Authorise/Update a brand on Inclick

When you have authorized your Facebook account on Inclick, the pages connected through that Facebook account can be added to your list for receiving insights about these pages. You can gain deeper insights regarding engagement and reach of the brands that you own compared to the brands that you don’t.

When you become an Admin of that page after authorizing the Facebook account associated with it, you’ll have to authorize it later to gain the said deeper insights.

Here’s a step-by-step process on how to authorise a brand on Inclick:

  1. The first thing you need to do is add that brand to your list through one of these methods.
  2. Click on ‘Brands’ from the main menu on the left pane and select the ‘Manage Brands’ option.
  3. Here, you will see a list of brands that have been added to your list below the ‘Brand Lookup’ box. Now, you have to let Inclick know that you own one of these brands so that you can receive deeper insights about it.
  4. Click on the ‘Settings’ button under the brand you own and you will be redirected to the below screen.
  5. Right next to the brand’s social media URL, you’ll see a link which says ‘not owned, connect?.’ Clicking on this link will authorize this brand as an owned brand if the Facebook account you authorized, in the beginning, is an admin to it.
